Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic- Level 4

TCI is looking for an experienced Level 4 Diesel Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities who can perform advanced diesel repairs and support junior technicians in the shop.
As a Level 4 Technician, you will play a key role in diagnosing complex mechanical issues, performing major component repairs, and ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.
Ideal Candidate will have 4 to 6+ years' Experience - $34.78 to $40.00 an hour depending on skills and experience
Shift - Monday through Friday and on call as necessary
Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics on diesel trucks and equipment
Repair and replace major components including engines, transmissions, and aftertreatment systems
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
Mentor and support entry-level and mid-level technicians
Ensure work is completed efficiently and meets safety standards

Requirements
4 to 6+ years Diesel Engine Repair
Must possess a valid driver's license and meet insurability
CDL a plus but not required
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and aftertreatment systems (DPF/DEF)
Experience using diagnostic software and scan tools
Self-motivated & Leadership skills
Ability to work independently
