TCI Transportation is looking for a Regional Safety Manager who will become a trusted partner to operations, a mentor to drivers and managers, and a champion for safety across multiple locations. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows DOT and FMCSA regulations inside and out—and enjoys turning compliance into a competitive advantage.

🚛 What You'll Own

As our Regional Safety Manager, you'll help shape the future of safety across our organization by:

🦺 Lead engaging onboarding and ongoing safety training

🚦 Investigate accidents and injuries while identifying root causes

📋 Conduct DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, Hazmat, and Hours-of-Service compliance audits

📁 Oversee Driver Qualification (DQ) file compliance

🤝 Coach Driver Managers, Regional Managers, technicians, and drivers

🏭 Perform facility inspections and identify operational risks

📊 Monitor safety scorecards, trends, and performance metrics

🚚 Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching with drivers

🏆 Partner with leadership to improve safety performance across every operation

✈️ Travel approximately 30–40% throughout your assigned region to support our teams where they need you most.
