TCI is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with drivers and customers, and keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you! 📋🚛
💰 PAY & SCHEDULE
💵 Pay: $25.00 per hour
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
🕖 Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
🔧 WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Operations Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting daily transportation and billing operations. Responsibilities include:
🚛 Build and manage daily dispatch loads in McLeod.
📊 Complete daily load reconciliations and ensure accurate load assignments.
📧 Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
📁 Gather and compile information to support customer service and operational needs.
🔄 Provide dispatch coverage during vacations and call-offs.
📞 Communicate with drivers regarding paperwork and dispatch needs.
🚚 Perform driver check-in calls and communicate with customers regarding on-time arrivals.
🧾 Review and process per diem and accessorial invoices.
💻 Verify billing information and ensure invoices are properly submitted and followed up on.
⏰ Assist with other operational needs as required.
