What You’ll Do:
Coach and manage a fleet of drivers like a true team leader
Maximize fleet efficiency, productivity, and DOT/OSHA compliance
Travel to remote locations to support and manage operations
Solve problems fast, creatively, and with heart
Lead with empathy, grit, and accountability
What You Bring:
2+ years logistics/driver management experience
Fleet operations background
Calm, confident communicator and decision-maker
Deep understanding of DOT/OSHA
